There is a search page available, to find text keywords on pages of the web site. It is a Google search engine and if you have difficulty finding pages, try using fewer words in your queires. Also, our home page has links to most of the pages on the web site. Try spending a few minutes to eaith browse for products by their general category or name.

The text is too large or too small.
Our pages are designed with the "average eye" in mind. You can adjust the size of the text (font) in your browser without impacting on the layout of our site. To do so:

• In Netscape: click on the View menu and choose either Increase Font or Decrease Font from the list.
• In Internet Explorer: click on the View menu and choose Fonts. Select the appropriate size from the list.
• Hold the ctrl button and rollow your mouse wheel up or down.

I keep getting lost.
We have tried to make it possible for people to follow their own paths to information. From the home page, you will find links to our major product categories as well as links to pages within each category. Drill-down directly to what you're looking for or try starting at the splash page for each section and browsing from there.

At the top of each page are some handy links we wanted to keep accessible and at the bottom of each page, the same links plus some extra for basic navigation. The image at top left will always take you back to the home page.

Viewing PDF documents
